It is not practical to list every feature of the standard products and in some cases these features involve technical aspects that we handle on behalf of the client. The facility is available but an additional fee is applicable for setting up each unique mailbox (see Additional Services). Clients can set up their own mailboxes (free). Included in the fee is a “general” mailbox that will receive all mail addressed to the domain.

The facility is available and the cost involved in utilising it will be included in the quotation for initial cost, if the function is required. It can be set up by the client (free).

Note 3
Client can download raw log files and analise it or have it analised. SuproNet can also provide log analysis for an additional fee. Also see note 4.

Client can view visitor statistics (free). Also see Note 3.

These facilities can be used by SuproNet to meet your requirements. SuproNet will analyse your requirements and make a recommendation regarding the need to use a product with these facilities. SuproNet does not necessarily utilise all facilities. For example: We do not make use of FrontPage Extentions.
