Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads
Source and develop client referrals
Develop referral network
Prepare sales action plans and strategies
Schedule sales activity
Develop and maintain a customer database
Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
Make sales calls to new and existing clients
Negotiate with clients
Develop sales proposals
Prepare and present sales contracts
Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
Follow up on sales activity
Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management

Requirements
Minimum of 2 years in the advertising or direct sales trade
Excellent communication skills; proficient in at least Afrikaans and English
Sales and marketing qualification
Own transport
Industry sales experience with graphic and web design will be beneficial
Knowledge of relevant computer applications: MS Word, MS Excel
Adobe Creative Suite knowledge would be beneficial
Knowledge of principles and practices of sales
Knowledge of customer service principles
Understanding of the graphic design and online world
Experience in making presentations
Remuneration
Negotiable, depending on your set of skills and how well you can fill the whole job.
