Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads
- Source and develop client referrals
- Develop referral network
- Prepare sales action plans and strategies
- Schedule sales activity
- Develop and maintain a customer database
- Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
- Make sales calls to new and existing clients
- Negotiate with clients
- Develop sales proposals
- Prepare and present sales contracts
- Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
- Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
- Follow up on sales activity
- Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in the advertising or direct sales trade
- Excellent communication skills; proficient in at least Afrikaans and English
- Sales and marketing qualification
- Own transport
- Industry sales experience with graphic and web design will be beneficial
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications: MS Word, MS Excel
- Adobe Creative Suite knowledge would be beneficial
- Knowledge of principles and practices of sales
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Understanding of the graphic design and online world
- Experience in making presentations
Remuneration
Negotiable, depending on your set of skills and how well you can fill the whole job.
